It is a very good morning to each and every reader of my site. You have just woken up and perhaps focussed your attention on the newspaper in your hand. The paper is full of news and you get driven by the dominant moods latent in them. Accordingly you get happy (there is the least in the news to get happy about though), sad, exalted and frustrated. After a time you feel confused, because your thoughts start scattering to every possible direction. You find it very difficult to discipline and channelize them to a positive energy that can motivate you for the day.
It is absolutely necessary to sort out your thoughts; just check and see if there are any grains of wasteful thoughts. If detected, just remove them and adopt a positive attitude.
Don’t battle with negative thoughts. Because then you are giving some legitimacy, by way of recognition, to your negativity. Don’t bother about them. Let them come to you as dirt and dust fly in the air around when you are out on the road. You hardly notice them as you are under pressing need to fulfill some job at hand.
Likewise don’t pay any attention to your negative thoughts. Instead create a pure, positive attitude and environ around you. Gradually positive thoughts will displace the negative ones of your mind because they are the products of weak mind. Against a vibrant mind, weak mind stands no chance to succeed.
If someone (even your best friend) insults you without any rhyme or reason, never get angry. Smile to yourself. If possible, give yourself a smirk. Tell yourself ‘I know the reason why he/she behaves that way because I have become someone that plays on his/her mind and he/she loses the balance in the process. Bechara! I pity!’
Don’t say ‘I must not get angry.’ Because you are then pandering to negativity.
Say ‘Good Morning’ to the entire humanity, friends and foes alike; and the nature outside, because it pays.
You will be richly benefitted by positive vibes that will make your morning good with a bright smile on your face that you richly deserve.
